I need to get on a good diet to help with my strength training. Also I have heard of something called whey. What is this and how does it help with physical fitness? Any information anyone can provide would be grealty appreciated.
Theres always muscle milk that has whey in it. My boyfriend uses it, he seems to like it.
Muscle Milk contains proteins & quality ingredients, and their ability is to help you build muscle. As far for dieting you should only steam your food and vegetables or boil. Drink alot of water. Stay away from greasy foods.

well that all depends on how much exercise you put in the more you do the faster you get fit, aslong as u don’t get injured. Also depends on your current fitness too. But hard work and dedication will get you der gud luck !

the best work out equipment to date are these things that have been around for years, but everyone seems to have forgotten about them, they are the best, ive tried ab rollers, ab loungers, treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines and these are just the best, and its so weird because its the cheapest too- heres what you need – a good pair of running shoes to go for a run or walk around your neighborhood everyday, some big cans of beans or vegetables to weight lift with, a nice flat floor area to do some situps, push ups, lunges etc, a jump rope or maybe just a stereo to dance to the music, and of course good ol’ water…
I’ve been working out very hard 3 days a week, 1 hour each session with a trainer, using machines and free weights. I can’t afford to continue. In your opinion, do you believe I can get similar results at home using basic handweights and exercises?
The main question here is do you have the will power to push yourself? A fitness trainer gives you support and variety, these are things you can do yourself. I know that sometimes it is hard to motivate yourself into exercising, so see if your friends are in the same boat. You will find you will push each other into working harder. There are numerous routines on the web or P90X is an excellent program at a fair price that covers everything. Plus P90X motivates you to workout, if those around you don’t want too. The bands don’t take up a lot of room and are resonably priced. They give an excellent workout.
