i feel every bit of what you said especially when you said you didnt wanna die young -_- i mean im 18 now and every since the third grade ive been over weight started at 203 and now im about 350 maybe a lil more and my family and doctors a lot of people are always telling me “if you dont do anything about it your gonna die before the age 18″ im glad i made it whilst almost got to death once or twice during that i mean in the 7th grade i have tried working out i had P. E the whole year my doctor

request that i take it the whole year and i joined the ymca for to work out there i did it for about half a year i never saw a difference in myself but others did i said why do it if im not the one seeing the difference so i stopped going and all the weight came back now im a senior graduation is coming fast and i do not wanna be there like this one thing i do not get about my body is that im very athletic i can do everything average sized people do i can ever run as fast as they do an weighing

as much as i do now people always doubt that i can do anything of course ill get tired fast and probably ruin the fun but i still try my hardest to stay up with them i always tell them no im not tired lets keep going but now that ive seen your vid i know that maybe being athletic isnt everything? i dont know but if you look at your comments please inbox me on what you think i should do since im very athletic and the weight wont come off id really love your advice

Your comment about not giving up is so important to me this moring. I have been losing weight, going to Zumba dance classes 3-5 times a week, really watching what I eat, and after a good start of losing weight, the scale got stuck and I stopped losing weight this last month. Thank you for reminding me to NOT QUIT!
