@RBCI That’s not weird at all! I’m trying green smooties now. It’s just regular smoothies with leafy greens in them. Spinach is my fave at the moment. You should try it! The fruits hide the vegetable flavor quite well.

I have a smoothie everyday even if I don’t skate! LOL.. smoothies are delicious!.. I always have them for breakfast because I hate breakfast :P I add fresh carrot and celery juice (I have a juicer) to them too… I know it sounds WEIRD.. but you can’t even taste it :) this way I get all my servings of fruits and vegetables for the whole day.. oh and I add ice too :P

@JadedLilth haha thanks JadedLilth :) I used to add yogurt, but I’m not to crazy about the texture it gives the smoothie. But I do like to eat yogurt as a snack before I skate.

@icexskaterr it is super yummy! It’s just plain fruit and some no-sugar-added juice. Nothing but pure natural goodness, and it tastes great as well!

:o I make smoothies all the time, but you’re missing two of the most important (to me) ingredients: yogurt for lean protein (fat free chobanni is packed with it!), and about a tablespoon of honey for yumminess.
