    I switched to the 80/10/10 diet, eating a ton of fruits every day and my male pattern baldness has started to fill back in, it’s crazy.

    Thanks for posting this video! I actually have a hair care question. Well first off, I am a soon to be Apprentice Cosmetologist. And I have a boyfriend who is thin in the front of his hair. He’s only 24. But, relatively thick all around his head. But his hair loss is hereditary. He got it from his mother. Do you have any advice on what type of vitamins that he should take or what type of hair products might work well on his hair?
