You have some of the best healthy recipes on youtube. I also like your simple and easy to follow cooking methods — I actually started baking my chicken breasts (I eat about a lb a day) on 400 F for 20-22 minutes just like you do. Before, I would bake at lower temperatures for longer without consistent results.

I like the way this video was made. Well done. The smooth jazz in the background adds a nice touch.

Thanks for your kind words. I really don’t count calories. I use the portion method. Allot Easier! But if you notice, the recipe is very basic ingredients;
all in the low fat /low sugar range. Hope that helps.
