Eat cucumbers with Veganaise which is an organic dressing that is a better alternative to mayonaisse. I used to eat cucumbers a lot in high school and I went from a size 11 to size 3 within a year and it also helped that I did a 100 jumping jacks almost every day along with eating cucumbers as a snack.
