@EcoVeganGal In Canada, salt is iodized. That’s my main source, that I know of anyone… Not sure how much sushi nori has, or if any of the other foods I eat have any iodine.

As for B12, most of the research I’ve done says not to count on algae/seaweeds. Some nutritional yeasts are good (Red Star Vegetarian Support formula), as well as fortified products like soy milks, meat substitutes, etc. :)

Check out my vid ‘raw vegan blood tests’

I supp b12 but then again, so do all my olympic level cyclist mates.

We pound down the dates cos every cell in the human body runs on glucose. So we either get sugar from good sources or our body drives it to get it from nasty sources!! :)

If you think that microwaved water kills plants, how can we trust your ability to reason? See youtube vidios on microwave water plants. Or , dye your hair blond.

@tommyk77 B12 can be found in nutritional yeast and algaes like spirulina and chlorella – I eat all regularly. Though many say vegans should take B12 supplements. Iodine can be found in seaweed and is usually high in foods grown along the coast (i eat a lot of veggies from CA). You can also get iodine supplements.
