Penis development during puberty- personal question?

I am almost 18 and a half years of age. My penis is about 2-3 inches flaccid and approximately 5 inches erect. I’ve browsed the internet many-a-time and found that this size can be average. But I do not believe that the girth is there, simply, my girth is about half the size of the average (approximately, I’m not sure what it is in inches). I’ve read that the penis can continue to grow until age 24, but my question is whether this can include dramatic growth (i.e. +1inch and average girth achieved). I have pretty much full pubic hair around above the penis more or less and I am beginning to develop chest hair somewhat. I was a rather late bloomer, I believe I started puberty around age 13-15, exactly when I first began I am not entirely sure, but I think it was in the late years of 14 or early 15. I am approximately 5′ 7″ inches in height. My question is if there is still potential for growth? Maybe there will be responses saying this is fine, but I honestly do not believe it is. Despite the “it’s about how you use it” motto, I honestly still do not think this is adequate. Took some exact measurements, hopefully this will help. Erect: 4.5 in length, 1.25 in girth. Hopefully this will help some for rethinking or whatever.
Terry, I guess not. I didn’t go all the way around the shaft, just put a ruler to the top part of it as if you were looking at it from above.

What to say if your boss want to pay you from his personal pocket?

Hi all,

My friend is a foreigner, currently working in a US company. One of his bosses wants to hire him to do some personal assistance which is beyond his normal work. The boss wants to pay him using his own money from his own pocket.

But my friend is a nice person, he doesn’t want to be paid, he just want to help around and he is perfectly happy with the free assistance. Friendship, networking, and future references/recommendations are more important than the wage. That boss is an influential person. Also, he is not sure that he can completely guarantee that he will be able to work up to the high expectations of the boss.

The boss, being nice too, does not want to owe too much to my friend, and wants to pay him from his own pocket.

So from my friend’s perspective, what are the nice ways to say to his boss in order to befriend the boss and leave room for future development?
