Don’t you believe that people who profusely work out at gyms or fitness centres mess around with their lives
March 9th, 2010 | by admin |Unless their career is a paid bodybuilder bodyguards, or personal trainers there is no explanation for people to frequently visit these facilities. Is it because they don’t have no direction or haven’t reach their fulfillments in life? Because if they’re trying to get attention or turn heads, they aint getting that happiness. Are they musclebound morons or what? What are they trying to prove?
Because they are trying to live healthier lives. I don’t go to a gym personally but exercise and strength training are a part of my schedule. I’m doing it to get stonger and live healthier because I’ve made very bad choices in the past.

Johnathan you sound out of shape. Take that angst and redirect it towards building a better body.
