    I prefer ezekiel cereal, 1/2 cup with 2 tbsp hempseed, 4 tbsp hempseed protein, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp, syllium husk, 1 tbsp omega chia, 1 tsp ashwagandha, 1/2 tsp camu camu, 1 cup wild blueberries, and 2 cups water.

    it differs alot, mostly i like sweet cerial, like fruit loops, dig’em and frosted flakes, though somethimes I eat the five grain cheerio cerial aswell!

    I think that it is necessary to drink a lot of water (or tea or something like that) after eating fax seed….at least that’s what is written on my box of flax seeds…so I always drink two glasses of water immediately after eating the seeds.

    I eat Oatmeal, Wheatina, Grits, MaltoMeal, Cream of wheat, Cream of Rice, Whole grains like rice millet & barley with Fresh fruits raisins, dried fruits, honey, maple syrup, spices & nuts. Including ground flax seeds! :) ) Grind the flax seeds yourself — it helps to preserve the nutrients before you consume them.

    Another way you can take it is the HARD CORE way like I do. Just grind it up in your coffee bean grinder – add water – stir it up, and drink / chew it down.

    DON’T buy the pre …
    DON’T buy the pre ground flax seed you will not harverst it’s benefits.Even when you grind on your own you will have to store the rest in the fridge in order not to loose it’s nutrients….
    You people don’t know that? Moreover don’t eat cereals even the most healty are so unhealthy since they are processed and high in sugar :P

    mueslie mixed with …
    mueslie mixed with sunflower seeds – pumpkin seeds – flax (grinded up) – slice up an apple (cuz its crunchy!) – or a banana (cuz its yummy) – regular oats – pour into a small bowl with regular milk – keep you full for ages and the mueslie has in rasberries, nuts dates etc.. i eat it as my desk at work :-)
