I’m not trying to be funny, but I need some help with this topic, please be advised that it is not my desire to criticize any one so if you feel offended in any way please accept my sincere apology. I love the vegan diet, and I try to eat vegan as much as possible; but I can’t help but notice that many vegans are a bit chubby. I recently cut back drastically on eating soy products and am suddenly a size smaller. are some people just not meant to be vegetarians? vegans consume a lot of starch.

Glad they’re eating Vegan, but who said olive oil (cooked or uncooked) is good for you?
Research it, you’ll be surprised.
