    @leemhayward thank you for this lee and for all your videos and for ignoring the dumbass comments. to me, eating is worse than the workouts because i miss all the good fatty stuff i used to eat; thanks for showing how to spice up and make your muscle meals more desirable.

    works better if u use a cheesegrater for the chicken;) try it, it browns up alot nice and u can really taste the chicken….. Bacon, green peppers, mushroom, chicken , eggs – tastes better wont lie and cut ur stuff smaller for an omelette it doesnt taste good when u get something thats half cooked in the middle

    i gotta get some liquid egg whites!
    I love omelettes, I like to use 1 whole egg with 3 egg whites, but it’s a pain in the butt to separate the whites plus i really hate to throw away the yolk, its like i’m just wasting food so yep, liquid egg whites are the way to go. Thanks for the video

    Man with all that pam spray you might as well throw the yolks in. Trust me it’s not fat free. Find out why there are 900 servings in the can.

    You can buy all brands of eggwhites in the supermarket in Canada (Lee is a Canadian)…where do you live, obvious lack of variety in your supermarkets.

    @mcturk17
    I added fat free cheese slices that is what’s making it look yellow.

    i recommend boiled eggs, beer, and boiled cabbage followed by mushy peas, broccoli, a doner kebab with lashings of chilli sauce and a ring-stinging vindaloo
