www.wisdomdigest.info The China Study gives critical, life-saving nutritional information for every health-seeker in America. But, it is much more; Dr. Campbells exposé of the research and medical establishment makes this book a fascinating read and one that could change the future for all of us. Every health care provider and researcher in the world must read it. Discover How To Quickly Lose Weight The Healthy Way With New SIMPLE, CHEAP, And EASY Veggie Meal Plans Stop listening to bogus “diet” claims. Take charge of your health and life and help reverse global warming, reduce starvation, and end animal abuse. www.wisdomdigest.info Whether you are a diabetic looking to cut down on your sugar intake, an active person looking to upgrade the health benefits of your daily menu, or someone concerned with not contributing to the abuse of animal rights, the vegan lifestyle comes with a multitude of benefits. Often, the vegan lifestyle is paired with a diet primarily comprised of raw foods, which takes the vegan benefits much further. The problem with the conventional diet is that by cooking our food it loses much of its health benefits, such as the vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Those are essential to our body in order to eliminate harmful toxins. The best part about the vegan diet is that you no longer have to worry about calorie restrictions or low carbohydrate intake. What you eat naturally is low in unhealthy/processed carbohydrates. This takes the hassle out of dieting

@bigefm This argument has been proven wrong. Prehistoric people in warmer climates ate less than 5% animal protein. Humans in colder climates (eskimos for example) had far shorter life-spans do to very high Cholesteral.

Amen to that, I lost 260 pounds but then out of nowhere started gaining it right back. And also on top of that I now have a prolapsed bladder, and kidney disease,, it is not worth the damage that you will do to your body, there is NOT ENOUGH vitamins and minerals for your body to survive , let alone be healthy….. thanks for the new information,,, I am now 100 % vegetarian unable to eat MEAT at all because of the severity of what happens inside my body now if I do, and my kidneys cannot do it

the atkins style diet books/movement was probably supported by the meat/dairy/pharmed lobby. eat raw vegan organic & feel so much better that symptoms are far less likely to rise to the point leading to complaints leading to a prescription. in fact, you’ll be on an odyssey learning how to heal thru whole foods, sleep, water, exercise…

Spare me the Paleo cheerleading. Where is this “astounding” data? Look, I have no problem with Paleo and think it can be a very healthy diet, but what I do have issues with is people talking out of their ass in support of it. People can’t just eat Paleo, they have to deputize themselves as the last bastion of nutritional know-how and preach their dogma to everyone. The diet is fine, the dogma is shit.

Please PM me with links showing grains make people fat, and not total calories.

Absolutely correct. Paleo/Primal is the way to go. Changed my life.

You dont understand biology. It actually is the GRAINS that make them fat. Its at least a big part of the equation.
There is a reason why the data supporting Paleo/primal diets are astounding. Its because it works and its an optimal diet for humans. Just do some research and not watch stupid videos like this.

@nature2rule Why are people so narrow minded about diets? It is good that a diet like that worked for you, but that doesn’t mean someone else would be successful of such diet. There are people who have been successful on vegetarian and vegan diets and their health has improved. My mom lost almost 90 pounds taking out meat in her diet and increasing her intake of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Her high blood pressure is lower to normal levels and she is off her meds.

This does not mean that all carbs are bad for you. Sugar is a carb and athletes need alot of it to perform well.

You’re an idiot. It isn’t the grains that make people/animals fat, it is the excess in calories that make them fat.

I understand it is currently “cool” and “sexy” to go with low carb/Paleo type of eating, but it is based on bullshit and is adopted by people who need to justify their addiction to meat.

    * I am NOT a vegetarian, mind you*

They also restrict their movement (energy expenditure) and administer drugs to increase their growth rate. It’s no secret that pigs and cattle didn’t evolve eating corn.

Just because you’re a former vegetarian doesn’t mean anything. The SAD version of the vegetarian diet still consumes twice as much protein as a human can use and still consumes dairy and eggs.

Do you know what they use to fatten up pigs and cattle before they go to slaughter? GRAINS. Same for sumo wrestlers – they use corn and rice to fatten up. So much for high carbs and fitness….

This video is vegan bull crap… I am a former vegetarian who had a serious weight issue. I have lost 52 lbs. on Atkins (which is not high protein, it’s high fat, moderate protein, and low carb) and EVERY one of my health markers has improved. My cholesterol did not go down a little, it went down 100 points. (from 280 to 180) my triglyc. = down, LDL = down, HDL = up, glucose = down, insulin = down, and lastly ALL inflammation markers = down. Did I mention I lost 52 lbs?
