Actually if you soak beans with 1 tbsp per 1 cup of soaking water, then dump the water and add fresh water, this will get rid of the gas. Tried it a couple times and was surprised it worked.
Think it has to do with the enzymes loaded in natural apple cider vinegar (with the mother!!). Same thing Japanese do with seaweed and beans; the seaweed is loaded with enzymes making it easier to cook the beans.

Good morning. My dish turned out so yummie omg all the spicy took on the beans and shrimp we waz n heaven also I add some sasages spicy to it cus just to have some more meat lol at first I waz scraed to fix the beans but I did it thank u so much keepthe videos comin. Oo do u think u can show how to make a homemade choc cake pls lol or am I askin for to much lol lol
