How do you store these crackers? And how long can they be stored?
What I am thinking is, if I go on a juice diet that generates all this pulp, I would want the crackers for a day when I am no longer on a juice diet.

I do the same thing with soy bean pulp, I mix it with chopped kale, season, then dehydrate.

What a great idea the juice fast. Would I´ll be able to play tennis? practice I mean. How tired one gets while doing this? Or is it individual?
Thanks.

Wow – looks soooooooooooo good!
I haven’t used my dehydrator in a while, will definitely do so now!

For me, juicing creates an unneeded extra step(or series of steps rather). I make smoothies in a blender and drink it all up from one glass.
There’s definitely joy in creating new recipes!
Looks like this is fun for you, though, and that is awesome.

Recently I think you have gone to extremes with the raw diet.

Thanks for the great idea!! On the ten day juice fast do you give a menu of what types of juices we should consume each day or do we just pick what we want?
