If those people on …
If those people on that Japanese Island want to continue to live long healthy lives they’ll have as little to do with those parasitic “scientists” with the long noses. I got a shiver when the ’scientist” smiles creepily and says he may have “found shangrala”.
No mention of their meditations?
No mention of fish?
No mention of lack of parasites?

molodoychelovek, more like something called laziness, fat consuming slobs. Americans don’t exercise and only consume junks, that’s the problem, not stress.

When you’re healthy …
When you’re healthy, you don’t feel so much stress. When you’re rested and healthy, you can deal with all of it better. Plus, if you believe in God, He imparts strength to deal with stress.

If you’re healthier …
If you’re healthier, rested and exercise, life is less stressful. But, I agree that the world is not always a stress-free place. Being healthy helps you deal with it better.

soy is a very …
soy is a very versatile food and can be substituted for a lot of culturally unhealthy foods to reduce disease risks without losing flavor. But soy is not perfect, it is not easily digested. It is acidifying and does have insulin growth factor. It is an excellent transitional food when attempting to exclude other proteinaceous compromises.

I’ll definitely try …
I’ll definitely try. Just give me a couple of days to get the material together. Right now there’s only two points of extreme importance. 1) IF you are allergic to Soya (or think you are), please see a doctor immediately. You will get nutritional advice. Soya allergy is potentially deadly.
2) Otherwise it is very nutritious. Thanks for bringing this point forward. Runi

I am so confused about soy. Some sources praise it as a superfood, while others disagree violently… is it only partial soy that is bad for you? Can anyone straighten me out?

Soya i n itself is …
Soya i n itself is not bad… a simple bean full of hnutrients… Maybe you are referring to some by-products, e.g. “soy-sauce” and MSG… even these are not detrimental in safe quantities… (mind you “quantity” is “quality”…)

Everyone is afraid …
Everyone is afraid of death, but no one wants to die. The circle moves on, you are not the center of the world you are a part of it. Death is in fact preserves the importance of a member, it doesn’t destroy it. Death should not be feared if you wish to live a happy life, the entirety of the future will be your kids, not yours.
