    good idea about using a coffee grinder on the oats. Wheat germ could be a good substitute also. I have been drinking pasteurized egg whites with my whey if im in a rush, not gross like it sounds. Fish oil over flaxseed oil.

    I meant it saids take 2 servings (6 scoops), each serving having 3 scoops, a day but use 2-3 shakes of 2 scoops each per day. This is the perfect split. Finally, lol, ur body can only process between 30-40 grams of protien per hour, so 98 grams far exceeds the limit, unless of course you weigh a solid 300 Lbs, in which case it would still be about 8 grams too many.

    Muscle milk is a great meal replacer with low sugar as well but it is high in fat so i would not opt for it. Mutant Mass is super cheap and tastes like liquid ice cream, plus it goes for $75 for a 15 LB bag at your local supplement store.
    True Mass also has great taste, easy mixiblilty for a gainer and perfect calories, fat, sugar, and carbs. It saids take 2 servings (3 scoops) per day, but stick to 2-3 shakes a day plus 2 protien shakes of 1 scoop and 4 solid meals per day, giving u 8 meals

    Also guys, for the egg whites, buy them in the carton where u only get the egg whites as they have been pasturized and can be used in shakes in the raw form.
    For Supplements:
    Protien – Use Optimum nutrition whey gold standard, the stuff is amazing and super clean, has also the essential amino acids u need plus loads of other nutreints.
    Gainers: Go with Cytogainer, Truemass by BSN or Mutant mass by PVL. All great products for mass gain and will not make u fat as they are very clean gainers.

    98 grams of protein cant even be absorbed in one meal. I have been using the nutrition and workout plans at vastmuscle (.com) and have seen dramatic results. I have put on 8 lbs of muscle in just over 2 months.
