I have a question to ask. My neice has a friend that burned some dvds of Tony Horton’s 10 minute trainer for me. Since I don’t have his actual guidline that tells you which vid to workout to for each day. I’m not sure how often I should be working out to tony’s upper body, lower body and abs each day/week. Can you help tell me which vids I’m suppose to work out to for each day? Thanks!

Two, most of the days. Then you’ll have some breaks usually Yoga days and you only do one.

Right on! Now, I’m an overweight male at about 285 pounds and don’t excercise enough as well as not eating too healthy. I just know that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the P90X, and I think this routine would be a great way to start. Any tips for a big beginner???

Thanks for your indepth review of this 10 Minute Workout. I am doing P90X and it is amazing but grueing, so I imagined 10 minutes could do nothing. Glad to hear that it is effective and produces results. Dont know if I will do it but I think it may enhance my wifes fitness. Thanks again and GOD bless JB
