    I use to be a pro …
I use to be a pro athlete right up until my late 20’s. This machine can really benefit anyone except competing body builders in my opinion. I have the TT500 and have made my own ropes and guides in addition to what you get as standard. You can add additional weights to it too. One this machine can do better than anything else I’ve ever seen is to give you a stamina workout FAST.

    I just bought one …
I just bought one of these myself and I am totally impressed with the quality of this unit (the 3500XL). I am a heart bypass survivor and I get a good cardio workout as well, but I supplement with treadmill work twice a week.

These units are less than half of a comparable Total Gym and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
