Hey! I trained …
Hey! I trained under Jeff in BJJ at a gym in Raleigh for a summer. He’s crazy good at all he does and he definitely knows what he’s talking about. Doubt he’d remember me, though.

Absolutely right, …
Absolutely right, never isolate single muscle group,I made this mistake and lost my flexibility so it took me 20 yoga sessions to bring my body back to its previous flexibility.

He makes most …
He makes most everyone feel at ease and the energy in his classes is phenomenally positive. He is constantly creating new ways to challenge himself and his students. His loyal followers are always looking forward to what new challenges he will present. He walks the talk and is a wonderful role model for a well-balanced lifestyle. Keep it coming!!!

I have trained with …
I have trained with Jeff for almost 5 years and he is even more amazing in person! His exercises are difficult, but anyone can do them. You just may need to modify in the beginning to your fitness level and increase the challenge as you progress. As Jeff always says: “do your best (whatever that is today) and your best will improve”. Jeff is the most positive motivating trainer I have ever encountered.
