    i need help in flexibilty for mma. this is hard :P . but i can do monkey wrench put my feet behind my head and go a little bit more below my toes aswell as do hard quad strectches. i thought this was the only thing needed.

    guess this is what i have to do. how long should it take if i do some more strecthes then this to do a full split?
