    interesting …
    interesting technique, surley when you do that exercise the lower oblique gets worked more as it has to work against gravity. i find that using an exercise ball works the best for me. but i may try this technique for a while and see how it feels.

    Random question but i heard pushups are better than benching because you have to use your core more, so its better for your abs and benching heavy weight hurts your joints over time. is this true?

    great vid to do at home. The gym strech areas are always busy between 5 & 8 pm and it is hard to do this. BTW are you in the Undergear Virtual Calendar?
