    @xXCuBaXxXx every other day. you shouldnt do it everyday becuase you’ll overwork your muscles which leads to both negative and positive results.

    i have just enough belly fat that it covers my abs, will doing this workout blast the fat off?

    should this be done every other day or every day (4 or 5 days in a row) ?

    How long would it take to lose 20 pounds? I am eating well and drinking lots of water. I do this workout plus 20min. of cardio every day. Thanks for uploading this btw. looks easy and fun.

    hi im adam im 12 years old and i youst to weigh at 140-150!!! and i no thats allllooott but youve changed my life i was allways been made fun of and i saw a diffrent kid in my p.e. class and i was like ‘ha atleast im not him!’ and one time after that p.e. class we were both at the fountian getting a drink of water then we both look up and there were mirrors and i was fatter than him…..thank u so much you changed my life now. . . :) . . .thank u!

    How regularly do you suggest doing this excercise? 3 times a week? i am 16 years old and want to start getting in shape so I would love any advice you could give.

    how long would it take me to get rid of a few Kg (10Kg to be specific) i notice my 2 upper abs a little bit but i got a lot of belly fat to lose…. im not very fat just some extra weight hanging here and there if ya know what i mean xD gonna start doing this in summer break, havent been doing sport for a full year now, ive played basketball for 4 years. looks pretty easy to do, im sure it burns a lot of fat in the long run (a few weeks every day or 3-4 days a week)

    u gotta eat to get muscles and abs too u dont eat u dont get abs so if u r thinking of eating nothing for like days its not gonna work

    10q you as always Peter, this workout is amazing im about 30mins from done and still feeling the heat coming out of me..1 question…im a very active guy..i go to work by foot 45min walk..i walk to the gym do weight training and back home by walk other 45mins….im adding this workout 2hr before i sleep becuase it only takes me 20mins to do..will i do right?

    Hey, I just want to let you know that the workouts are doing well.
    I have lost quite alot of weight on my own and since starting your ab workouts there has been a definite improvement.
    I have one last ‘layer’ of flab that is covering my abs, when I flex I can see my top two but not so clearly. Just wanted to let you know. Oh and also the lower part of my stomach is a bit flabbier than the rest. Any workouts to blast the fat out of there?

    Like Hoy said, it depends on a few things but it will also depend on how much your muscles are build up right now. For example if you have never trained your abs and don’t really have abs standing out so to speak it coudl be very hard to get them to show, no matter how skinny you are. So if you feel you are underweight you are actually at a good place to start from as you don’t need to lose any fat and could just start building some muscle. Get into gym and build some muscle, starting with abs!

    Depends how often you workout and what you eat. You can get one in 3 weeks easily if you kept up with it.
