Silver Spring, are you ready to Zumba? Give the aerobic dance workout a shot at a free demonstration, either 10 a.m. Saturday at the East County Community Center, 3310 Gateshead Manor Way in Silver Spring or 12 p.m. Sunday at the Praisner Community Center, 14906 Old Columbia Pike in Burtonsville.
