    Way to go man! I have 3 more weeks to go to finish up round1. Wont be postin any vids tho till im done with a round 2. Keep it up man keep pushin play!

    Thanks for the congrats!
    All you need is a TV, DVD player and the DVD’s and a place large enough to do the exercises (an area 8×8 feet should do)
    You will need some dumbells from 15-25 lbs of weight or more (depends on your goals and fitness level) and a place to do pullups. Check out my website. I have a page called “How to get started with P90X” that explains everything in detail.

    hey congrats on the new you. im about to start p90x to help get in shape for spring football and i was wondering what exactly do you do? like is it just sitting in front of the tv and doing what they do and stuff? and i know u need equipment to do it to but im just not sure how it exactly works
