Shaun T Insanity-Day 45 Update! Max Interval Plyo with a Special Tip at the end!
July 25th, 2010 | by admin |
Coach Chaz is complete with the first 45 days!!! I can’t believe how fast time is going by! Only 15 days left until my day 60!!! This program is still making me sore on a daily basis as well as changing my body! I may not be as thin as I used to be, but I have never been this fit! The biggest changes I am starting to see are in my shoulders and stomach. My shoulders are getting so much toner than they have ever been. My stomach is getting flatter and toner by the day! I still have a layer of fat covering everything for the most part, but when I flex I can easily feel all my abs! The noticeable changes in my stomach are definitely my love handles. That seems to be the area that my body started burning fat first. Every since day 1 they keep shrinking! If you are doing P90X or Insanity and are NOT a coach then contact me on Skype. Coaching is such an amazing thing to do when you have a passion for fitness and helping others! I offer all the training and help that you will need to create a successful home business with Beachbody. im doing p90x right now
i will say in my opinion if you want to lose a lot of fat and get in better condition then go for insanity
but if you want to go and be good all around go for p90x im telling you the yoga in p90x is CRAZY!! its so hard i replace it with x stretch.
if you do p90x first then you should really have no problem going through insanity. if you try insanity first then p90x becomes a little easier for you.
both good programs but i like p90x better cuz muscle build an conditioning

he mentions in his 60 day result video that he was eating whatever that was his choice and was happy with what ever result he ended up with. personaly tho you need a diet plan while doing these programs. other wise your just killing your self working out and geting half the results. i diet an work out its my self dedication be strong stop eating whatever great ambition tho.

Sorry buddy I was not meaning to be discouraging. It’s just that I’m starting the Insanity program tomorrow, and I was under the impression than I would get rid of the fat around my thighs, waist and chest easily with these high intensity exercises…. You’re doing a good job and it looks extremely difficult. But 45 days of that insane hard work for 8% body fat loss sounds a bit discouraging…. Anyways, I need to give it a try to look good….

Excuse me??? I lost 8% body fat from doing this program and what do you mean the info is depressing? Have some common courtesy and keep your negative comments to yourself. No one appreciates that negative energy.

Hey man… reading what you wrote in the info is a bit depressing… I want to lose weight (at least 15 pounds)…. if you kept doin those high intensity exercises for 45 days and still have lots of fat, well what’s the point? I want to fit into good clothes…

Where have the videos been? I somehow hurt my arch in my foot so the workouts have been even harder than usual with all the jumping. I cant believe only 1 more week to go

Thanks buddy! Abs are made in the kitchen, I love that!

Looking good, brother!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Hey bro looking great!! What you said is correct. If you eat your RMR everyday you will not see much change on the scale. By creating a calorie deficit of 7000 calories for the week, that should put you at a 2 lbs a week loss. That 4 lbs you lost in 6 days .. 3 was probably just water depletion. Lower carb and higher protein will keep your macronutrients from being thrown off, thus making you hold less water. 1500 to 1800 cal a day is PERFECTA. Abs are made in the kitchen. Keep on bringing it!

I am thinking about possibly becoming a beachbody coach. Seems like a lot of money out of pocket initially and then monthly. Are you really making money from being a coach? Thoughts?
