what is the best set of exercises you can do at home to maintain fitness?

I live in a high rise apartment. Any suggestions? Are there a really good fitness website which gives you tips on these exercises you can do at home including streches exercises?

For a start you can walk to places instead of taking the car. Cycling is fun. Yoga yes that’s a good idea. Stretches. Dancing, or dance classes. Sport and running. Just because you live in a high rise apartment doesn’t mean you can’t find somewhere to run or cyle or join a dance class or join a sports team!

    You can start up Yoga as it neither requires any equipment nor much space. Just 15-20 Min’s of your time can do wonders for your health.
