Who has the answer….?
Music helps to heal a great many things within ourselves. Its like the lit candle of awareness in an otherwise dark conciousness.Something that some cling to because its their only friend or their piece of hope left to them. For some its a desire and for others its a passion. And for many many its a strength unto itself it does what other things can not such as evoke memories, create moments, and unify a great many all at once.
When a woman is pregnant they tell her to play music or even sing to the unborn baby. Not just so the baby will recognize her voice but also to stimulate the baby. They say playing music to an unborn baby helps them mentally develope and grow. When my daughter was in my belly we did in fact play her classical music and she had her favorites she would roll inside of me and kick me and some music would put her right to sleep. It was a stimuli for her the lit candle of awareness in an otherwise dark conciousness.
Some say it isn’t vital but could you imagine a world without music?Could you imagine a world where people didn’t further their knowledge of music or pushed themselves to go deeper into their own music?I certainly couldn’t and I don’t think those who have a true gift given to them such as instruments or words that create the flow of songs or even those who just hear the music itself or those who were born to sing.
I think its vital to all of us.And especially those who truly feel the passion to learn more for those gifted enough to be more.I think its vital to ALL personal development but we are individuals and the choice to know more is singularly ours…
Just My Thoughts,

My friend & I need more room to make a dance.
Not that I know of…
You would probably have to go to a dance studio. You can rent out a studio for a certain time in most cases.
This would include exercises to increase distance, consistence, accuarcy, stamina, etc.
core exercises, sit ups, push ups planks
leg exercises, calf raises squats
upper body, roll your shoulders push ups.
This idea came around late last year when I went to a gym. Someone told me that I can do this as a profession.

my mum thinks i’m anorexic because i’ve been losing fat. in reality, i’ve been maintaining my currents weight. now, i’ve come to realize how much junk i’ve been feeding my body and i’m sick of it. here are my two problems i would like help solving.
A) how do i go and tell my parents i don’t want to be fast food?
B) how do i get my parents to take me to a health foods store? i’m 13 so i can’t drive. how should i tell them these things?
Go grocery shopping with your parents when they go and pick out the healthy foods that you want. Your parents would really appreciate the extra help picking out more healthy foods and less junky food. Remember, more veggies and fruit, and less red meats!
Over the years, my cat has slowly gained weight. He’s at the high-end of the healthy weight scale and I’m looking for a good cat food will aid in his weight loss. He’s been an inside cat for about 2 years now if that makes a different. Thanks for the help!
Science Diet has a great variety of foods and all my vets have recommended it. the indoor formulas of any cat food are usually formulated with less fat/calories since indoor cats tend to be a bit less active, but there are also "lite" versions of just about every variety.
You may also want to consider your cats age. If he is 7 years or older, go for the senior cat food, it compensates for the decline in activity as they get older and I think there are lite versions of the senior formula also.
Just be sure to follow the measurements for the appropriate amounts on the bag so you don’t accidentally overfeed him.
I decided that my family and I need to start eating healthier. The only problem is I need healthy recipes, healthy snack ideas etc. I, myself, am looking to shed 30 pounds and would like to be my ideal size by summer. Any suggestions or tips would be wonderful? Thanks!!!!
Cook up lots of beans & organic whole brown rice that you can feed off of all week.
I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.
I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.
I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.
I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.
I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, and fast food.
I try to get a good night’s sleep each night.
Im trying to make the switch from junk food to eatting healthy but have no idea on how. Ive been weight training a lot and running and wanna see more results from eatting good. I have limited kitchen rescources also because I live in a dorm. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help
You can get Peanut Butter-good source of protein and lowering Cholesterol, Canned Salmon and Tuna Fish-both good Protein but Salmon is the better source and also both are high in Omega 3 Oils. Can always get packaged or whole(cheaper than packaged)chicken . Get low-fat Hellman’s Mayo for the salmon and tunafish sandwiches or toss with pasta-cook spagetty any pasta noodles and mix in tuna fish or the salmon with the low fat Hellman’s Mayo and season salt and pepper to taste. Can also get salmon cakes, patties etc but the cheapest is the canned apprc $2.00 for a good sized can. Since you also want.need some veggies-fresh Broccoli is cheap and can be quick cooked in micro esp if you have a fresh vegetable setting. Salmon/Tuna Fish tossed with Pasta and fesh Broccoli is a cheap but very healthy meal and also has a good Protein to Carb ratio beneficial to working out. Peanut Butter Sandwiches are also healthy esp the low-salt and are filling. Most fresh Vegetables can be cooked quickly in the microwave and buying fresh-season yourself- and are cheaper than frozen.Canned I would avoid except Corn and Beans for too much salt. All Beans are good esp Kidney-highest source of Protein in the Bean Family but eat all Pinto are healathy too. You probably have access to a library go get a book on simple healthy cooking for one esp microwave and steaming an copy the recipes, intructions that are helpful to you or go to a USED Bookstore where you can get cheap and have for a guide and a quick reference. You’ll Find that cooking/preparing meals fresh is actually Cheaper than fast food and of course, much healthier Go to www.chef’s.com to guide to microwave meals and more-did a search on Healthy quick meals and found many sites-doing a search be well worth your time for can download/copy recipes etc
