The personal training studio is a private space dedicated solely to personal training. Equipped with a variety of all the latest gym equipment (free weights, cardio equipment, Power Plate, cables, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, swiss balls etc.) the range of exercises available is endless. Theres no membership fee so all you pay is your trainers hourly rate.

Whether your goal is performance, health or injury related, or you just want to look fit – we have many years of experience in helping clients to achieve exactly what they set out to.

Stephen Duncan MSc CMTA2
Stephen is the only Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and Hair Tissue Mineral Analyst in Scotland and qualified to Advanced Level. Stephen is also licensed to offer a variety of laboratory tests (e.g. hormone and allergy) to provide an even deeper understanding of each individual clients health status. He is accredited as an Advanced Instructor Level 3 by The Register of Exercise Professionals and a member of The National Register of Personal Trainers. Stephen has participated in athletics and amateur boxing. He formerly coached boxing whilst at university.

With over 14 years experience in Personal Fitness Training Stephen aims to reach clients goals by striking a balance between fitness and nutrition. As a personal trainer, his objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. Help is provided to understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life. Consistency will be required of you to maximise your success. He will be there to encourage you every step of the way.

Mick Lindo BSc (Hons) MCSP HPC reg
Mick is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in fitness, dance and karate. His high level participation in a variety of sports has led him to develop a strong exercise theme to his treatment of patients. Both dance and karate have instilled in him a belief in balance, movement and correct alignment as the keys to physical health. Previous experience includes designing exercise programmes for knee and back rehabilitation, various disabilities and under-privileged children.

Mick gained a scholarship to the Royal Ballet and worked as a Professional Dancer & Choreographer for 13 years performing with various dance companies and worked on television. He opened his own dance school & dance company; teaching professional dancers, commercial pop groups and community dance. Mick has been a member of the British European karate team and taught karate to children. He is currently a keen snowboarder and mountain biker.

Introductory Personal Training Programmes are £192 for 4hrs one-to-one assessment and instruction.

    tnx, its way more …
    tnx, its way more tiring than it looks and has the added bonus of making u look way stupid. u can barely walk nevermind punch. it just felt like a fun thing to do and it sure beats punching with dumbbells since the effort is far more whole body and real world.
