Clients and Personal Trainers need to be comfortable and honest with each other, because the Trainer will often have criticisms, or honest concerns that they may want to be comfortable talking with you about. They cant push you and whip you into shape if they seem unfriendly, mean, or pushy, so they have to be your friend! Or he could just want your number, for other reasons, he may like you or something.
