)) Muscles dont “tone up” there is absolutley no logic or proff on this aberation.
you can only do 3 things with your muscles : Shirnk Them, Grow Them or Keep them the same. How can you tone a fat arm? Definition is a refflection of 2 things: Low Bodyfat and Proportionality.

Sorry guys but this is not how Vince Gironda would teach it.
The proper way to do it is by using a straight barbell and dragging it up to the neck and flexing the biceps for a count of two before dragging it downward.
That’s how Vince personally taught me to do it back in the day.

i agree with you. What you can do is but a pair of barbells and dumbbells at your local k-mart so you wont have to worry about do some exercises at the gym.
Thats what i did.
