@THUGENSTEIN yeah this guy can most definitely do more than 55 pound inclines…just look how big he is….i used to do 80’s and I weigh only 160 lbs.

I do 70×2 for incline.. but I don’t do no 20-25 reps or however many he did lmao. He can probably dish out 120+x2 easy for 10 or so reps I bet. 10-12 is the best rep range for hypertrophy.
