The role of personal fitness trainers has undergone a considerable change in recent years moving from the level of high performance support to one where a more personal and holistic approach is necessary. This innovative course seeks to equip you with the skills necessary to provide high level advice and guidance on both lifestyle and a range of exercise regimes using both new and existing government and industry requirements. Current exercise professionals will gain scientific and skills-based training to become effective practitioners in this challenging and rapidly changing environment.
